KAMU is Texas A&M University’s public broadcasting station, providing TV and FM service to the Texas A&M community and the Brazos Valley.

KAMU-TV provides viewers with high-quality and educational PBS content that includes nationally known children’s, cooking and travel shows and locally produced programming that helps promote our world-class university. KAMU-FM provides classical music, jazz, international music, talk radio and award-winning news programs from NPR.

Mission Statement

KAMU utilizes its TV and radio broadcasting resources to provide unique and compelling content, continuing its 50-year legacy as a trusted public media source. We support the university’s mission by providing on-the-job training for students, educational programming and a storytelling outlet for Texas A&M and the entire Brazos Valley.
